Medicines Management Solutions Ltd. are looking for enthusiastic pharmacists who are committed to improving patient care, to provide review services in Cardiovascular Disease, GI and COPD.

Reviews are conducted by our team of Consultant Clinical Pharmacists at GP practices through the audit and review of individual patient records within selected therapy areas.

A position with Medicines Management Solutions Ltd. gives you the opportunity to utilise your skills to improve outcomes for patients, and ensure effective prescribing for the NHS through patient reviews.

Full time, part time, employed and contract work is available.

Applicants must have;

• Post-graduate qualification in pharmacy
• Demonstrable experience in a specific therapy area
• Post-graduate certificate in Clinical Pharmacy

Additional desirable attributes;

• An independent/supplementary prescribing certificate


• A post-graduate clinical diploma in Pharmacy


• Working knowledge of GP Clinical Systems (training will also be provided)
